Booking Policy

By paying the retainer, you agree to all terms listed on this page.

1. Retainer
- The retainer secures your booking and covers the photographer's time and expertise.
- Please note the retainer does not include any images.
- This non-refundable amount will be deducted from the total cost of your final order.

2. Rescheduling Policy
- If you or your children are unwell, please notify us as soon as possible. The session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.

- Additional reschedules will incur a £50 fee.

3. No-Show Policy
- In the case of a no-show, the retainer will be forfeited.

- A £50 rebooking fee will apply to secure a new session date.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their sessions at any time. However, all payments, including the retainer, are non-refundable.

Pricing and Products

Please review the pricing information on our website before booking. By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the price list.
Packages start at £249 and include the pre-session consultation, the session, editing, face-to-face photo viewing, and digital files.
Products can be ordered as add-ons to your session and include a variety of options such as USB sticks, wall art, albums or printed images. Products are crafted using professional-grade materials to ensure the highest quality and longevity.
Please note that unedited images are not included in any packages and are unavailable for purchase.

Photo Viewing, Ordering and Payment

We do not provide online galleries.
Around one week after your session, you'll return for your viewing and ordering appointment. This is when you'll see your final gallery and choose your favourite images and products.
Full payment is required at the end of the ordering appointment and can be made via link, bank transfer or cash.
Once payment is received in full, the final images will be delivered via E-mail or private link.
All products must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Delivery of prints takes approximately 1–2 weeks, with longer times for custom wall art pieces.
All orders are final and non-refundable. Additional edits may be requested for an additional fee to cover the time involved.

Rescheduling Policy for Viewing & Ordering Appointments

If you are unable to attend your viewing and ordering appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. The appointment may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
Any additional reschedules will incur a £50 fee.

Extreme Circumstances

The photographer will not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond control, such as equipment failure, inclement weather, illness, or injury.
While special requests will be considered, they are not binding. In the unlikely event of a full photographic failure, liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
Children’s moods can be unpredictable, and while every effort will be made to capture requested images, the photographer is not responsible for uncooperative behaviour. In such cases, the session may be rescheduled.
Clients are responsible for the supervision of children during all sessions.

Copyright and Reproduction

Alina Ciobanu Photography retains copyright ownership of all images. The photographer reserves the right to use any photograph for advertising, reproduction, and other purposes.
Images purchased are licensed for personal use only. Copying, scanning, or reproducing images without permission is strictly prohibited.
Screen captures of images from the website or proofs are also prohibited.

Receipt of Products

All products are carefully inspected before being delivered to Clients. Any issues must be reported in writing within seven days of receipt.

Return policy

Incorrectly supplied items and items of poor quality can be returned and replaced at no extra charge to the Client. However, I will not accept returns for incorrectly ordered items or items ordered in error by the Client.

Images

Non-purchased images are stored and can be purchased at a later date.
Please note that unedited images are not included in any packages and are unavailable for purchase.
Cameras, mobile phones, or camcorders are not permitted during sessions, whether in-studio or on location.
The final selection and editing of images is at the photographer’s discretion, in line with her artistic style and professional standards.

To fulfill your booking, invoice, and product order, we require your name, phone number, billing and delivery address, payment details, and email address.
Our web server automatically collects information about your browser and IP address.
Cookies may be used to track your activity on the website for functionality and analytics purposes.
