Service Description
- up to 30-minute session - 2 set-ups - 10 high-resolution edited digital files A £50 deposit is paid online. The remaining £170 is due at the end of the session, either in cash, by bank transfer, or after you select your images.
Cancellation Policy
Christmas Mini Session Policy .1 Booking & Payment - A £50 non-refundable retainer secures your Christmas Mini Session. - The retainer is deducted from your final order. - Booking is confirmed only after payment of the retainer. 2. Session Details - Location: Home studio in Hemel Hempstead, HP3 8PD, Hertfordshire. - Duration: 20–40 minutes, depending on your chosen package. - Packages: Bronze, Silver, Gold (see website for full details). - Additional images can be purchased at £20 each. - Unedited images are not available for purchase. 3. Preparation - After booking, you will receive a prep guide to help you get ready. - Clients must come already dressed for the session. One outfit change is allowed in the Gold package, depending on the children's behaviour during the session. - Pets are welcome and encouraged. 4. Arrival & Punctuality - Please arrive 10 minutes early. - If you are 10 minutes late, your session time will be shortened. - Sessions cannot run over due to back-to-back scheduling. - If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session is cancelled, and a new booking fee is required. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling - In case of illness or equipment failure, sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost. - Sessions are non-transferable to another day or time. - You may gift or sell your session to another person if you cancel. Please provide updated details once the change is made. 6. Session Capacity - Maximum 2 adults and 4 children per session. - Suitable for children 6 months and older; not suitable for newborns. 7. Parking & Directions - Free parking is available in front of the house or on the street. - Plan your journey to arrive on time. 8. Conduct - Sessions are back-to-back. The photographer is not responsible if children do not cooperate. - Sessions will be conducted professionally, with patience and care for children and pets.the
